Clinic Policies

We want every visit to be relaxed and straightforward. These policies explain how bookings, cancellations and payments work, so everything is clear from the start.

Bookings

Appointments are reserved for the person booked. A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment; your booking isn't confirmed until it's been received. Unless we tell you otherwise, the deposit is taken off the cost of your treatment.

We may decline a booking if we can't provide the treatment safely or lawfully.

Cancelling or changing your appointment

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. With 48 hours' notice or more, your deposit will be moved to a new appointment, subject to availability.

With less than 48 hours' notice, we may keep some or all of your deposit, as it's often too late to offer the slot to someone else. We'll always try to be fair, and genuine emergencies are considered individually.

Missed appointments

If you don't attend and haven't let us know, this is treated as a missed appointment and your deposit may be kept. If appointments are missed more than once, we may ask for full payment in advance for future bookings, or be unable to accept further bookings.

Payments

Prices are confirmed before your treatment, and payment is due on the day unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, bank transfer and Payl8r (spread the cost over 3 payments, subject to status). If you use a payment plan, you're responsible for making payments on time to the provider.

Offers and discounts are subject to the terms shown at the time, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined unless stated.

Consultations and consent

Every treatment starts with a consultation. You'll be asked about your medical history and asked to sign a consent form. Please give full and accurate information; it's essential for your safety. Some treatments are only available to adults aged 18 and over, and proof of age may be requested.

When treatment may not go ahead

We may decline or stop a treatment if it isn't clinically suitable, if there's a reason it wouldn't be safe (for example, a medical condition, medication or skin infection), if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in the event of abusive behaviour. If this happens, we'll explain why and any refund or credit will be considered fairly according to the circumstances.

Your personal and medical information is kept confidential and used only to provide your care, contact you about your appointments and meet our legal obligations. You can ask to see the information we hold about you at any time.
